A small specialist offshore team extends the working day so production retainers, managed WordPress accounts and live platforms have eyes on them around the clock. UK seniors stay on call for anything material and own all critical-path Tier 1 vertical work; the offshore team picks up out-of-hours monitoring, response, repeatable build patterns once UK seniors have documented them, and internal platform operations.
The bright line: critical-path Tier 1 work is UK-only. The two delivery models do not mix on a single client engagement.
